Naksansa, a Buddhist temple founded in 671 AD, sits on one of the most scenic stretches of Gangwon Province's east coast, and this trail between the temple grounds and the sea has been walked by monks and pilgrims for over thirteen centuries. The vertical composition emphasizes the height of the pines and the depth of the drop to the sea, creating a natural frame that feels both intimate and vast.
