Rock formations in warm tan, rust and olive green step down in terraces toward the middle distance, where a faint trail traces a pale line across a broad plateau. On the left, a pale sandstone outcrop with dark crevices frames the view, and juniper shrubs cling to the slope below it. The distant walls show thin level bands of red and cream, and the far rim sits sharp and level beneath the cloud.
