Xã Mường Khoa, VietnamA wet stone walkway runs between a dark wooden hall and a grey brick temple wall, leading toward two walkers lost in fog. The timber building on the left has tall lattice windows, and a single lantern glows warm yellow beside them. Along the right, a layered tiled roof curves out with a carved ornament at its tip, and small chimes hang below the eave. Above the lane the sky is a narrow strip of pale white. The paving reflects the light, with a faint reddish tint near the lower left. Everything beyond the first few meters softens into mist.
