Prags - Braies, ItalyA broad gray mountain with snow in its upper gullies faces a green alpine lake in the Prags valley, South Tyrol. Pale scree slides run down its flanks to a band of dark forest at the waterline. On the right, a steep slope thick with conifers drops to the shore, where a small stone cabin and a line of rocks sit beside the water. Reddish wooden boats are moored in a row at the far left and a few more float near the center. The surface is calm enough to hold clear reflections of the peak, while thin clouds cross a washed blue-gray sky.
