Gyeongju-siA row of Silla-dynasty royal burial mounds glows under dramatic green-yellow uplighting against a deep purple twilight sky along Cheomseong-ro in Gyeongju-si. The five or six tumuli create a rhythmic sequence of smooth dome shapes across the frame, each mound illuminated from its base so the grass surfaces radiate an almost otherworldly luminescence. Dark silhouettes of mature trees cluster behind the mounds, forming a dense backdrop that accentuates the glowing green slopes. The distant mountains are visible as faint purple outlines against the last traces of sunset color on the horizon. A broad expanse of dark green lawn fills the foreground, uninterrupted except for scattered low shrubbery.
