The lit slopes of the hills carry warm rust tones, and their reflection forms a narrow dark line just beneath the shoreline. In the foreground the water turns a deeper blue, with tiny white specks of salt scattered across it and a faint crystalline texture showing under the film of water. The horizon is perfectly straight, and the colors shift slowly from gold to blue.
