Pla de Mallorca, SpainDark storm clouds hang over a green sea near Platja de Muro, with one small opening of blue sky above the middle. Waves roll toward the camera in shallow ridges, their tops turning pale and foamy. Along the far shore, white apartment blocks and a low tan building sit among dark pine trees. A strip of sand runs to the right, where a few beach structures and rounded tree crowns break the line. The light is flat and silvery, which keeps the water a clear, cool jade. The pines look almost black against the pale clouds, and the sand reads as a thin gold line. Small white waves wrinkle the water near the bottom of the frame.
