Pale stone terraces and low walls line the ridge at the lower right, half hidden behind the leaves of a nearby plant with reddish stems. Wispy cloud clings to the upper edge of the slope and builds into bright white clusters against the deep blue sky. A dark range of peaks with cloud in its folds stands at the left. Fine lines of footpaths show as pale threads across the middle of the slope, and sun lights the grass of the terraces.
