ArchitectureCherry blossoms at peak bloom fill the frame with a canopy of pale pink petals backlit by soft April afternoon light. The flowers cluster so densely that individual branches become invisible, creating an almost abstract field of pink and white punctuated by dark branch intersections. A few petals have begun to fall, marking that narrow window - perhaps three days at most - when Korean cherry blossoms are at their fullest before the wind scatters them. The light passing through the translucent petals gives each flower a faint inner glow, a quality impossible to replicate artificially. Korea's cherry blossom season moves northward from Jeju in late March to Seoul by early April, making this likely a scene from the capital or its surrounding provinces.
